Illicit Drugs Rule 3.2(c) A drink, its packaging or promotion should not suggest any association with, acceptance of, or allusion to, illegal drugs.

Alcohol marketing or names should not be associated with any form of illegal or illicit drug or drugs paraphernalia.

This does not necessarily prevent, for example, hemp-based drinks from stating that they are made from hemp, provided this is done in a straightforward, factual way.
