Tomasz Blawat
Chief Executive Officer, Carlsberg UK
Tomasz joined Carlsberg UK in January 2019 from Carlsberg Poland where he was CEO from 2012 – 2018.
Tomasz is an experienced Chief Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverage and finance industries. Prior to joining the Carlsberg Group he was the CEO of ING (2008-12); Vice President of the Board at SAB Miller (2004-08); Managing Director of Procter & Gamble Baltics (2001-04). He has also held various sales, marketing, distribution and project management positions in Poland, Czech, Slovakia and the UK for Procter & Gamble (1993-2001).
In addition to his position at Carlsberg UK, Tomasz is a non-executive director supervisory board member of the Stock Spirits Group Plc and President of the Board at the Polish Brewers Association.
Tomasz obtained a master’s in marine physics from the University of Gdansk (1985-91) and has undertaken Leadership and Management courses at London Business School (2015-19) and IMD Business School (2014).
