Managing Director, Diageo Great Britain
Nuno Teles is the Managing Director for Diageo Great Britain, based in London, UK. Appointed in July 2022, he is responsible for Diageo’s home market, and is a member of the Diageo Europe Executive team. Nuno joined Diageo USA in March 2018, as President of Diageo Beer Company for USA. During this time he led a transformation of the business and its culture with an ambition to become the most progressive and consumer inspired beer and convenience company in USA. Nuno has a passion for building inclusive and diverse organisations, and over his tenure in Diageo Beer Company the team built strong I&D and employee engagement results, including an increase in female representation by 21% in just one year.
Prior to joining Diageo, Nuno was with Heineken for 15 years, leading transformational commercial strategies in multiple countries and regions, including the USA, Brazil, and Europe. Before this, he was acting as Global CMO for Scottish & Newcastle.
