Managing Director, Damm UK

Luke White was appointed Damm UK Managing Director in October 2024.

Prior to that, Luke spent a decade building a successful career at Budweiser Brewing Group UK, the UK arm of AB InBev, where he spent his latter years in senior leadership roles within the On Trade, and has a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects.

Luke studied marketing and advertising at Leeds Beckett University 2008 – 2011 where he soon after started his career in marketing for brands including Carlsberg, Smirnoff, Morrisons & Virgin Media followed by field sales for Kooga Rugby, before moving to AB InBev.

With his first job collecting glasses in pubs before working behind the bar and then security, Luke not only has a long tenure in hospitality but also has a deep knowledge and passion for the UK beer industry.
