Imogen Gardiner is the Global Director of Public Affairs for Treasury Wine Estates, an ASX-listed global wine company with a portfolio of leading luxury and premium brands. In this role, she leads the company’s engagement with governments and industry partners across key markets, driving strategy on international trade, sustainability, responsible consumption, and regulatory affairs.

She began her career in UK politics, most recently serving as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. In that role, she helped steer the department through critical moments including Brexit negotiations, climate and agricultural policy reform, and global trade discussions.

Now based in Melbourne, Australia, Imogen brings together her experience in government with her passion for wine and international collaboration. She is dedicated to strengthening the connection between industry, policy, and community, ensuring the wine sector continues to thrive sustainably for the future.
