Managing Director, Campari Group Uk
Francesco Cruciani was born in Foligno (Umbria) in 1970. He kickstarted his career in 1997, working in the trade marketing department in Heineken Italy, after some shorter experiences in the financial field In London.
Francesco’s professional career continued in the Heineken Group in the Netherlands and England where he covered various roles in the marketing and commercial area, before eventually managing the Heineken Brand in Italy in 2005.
He joined Campari Group in 2007 as Marketing Manager, and was then appointed Italian Marketing Director in 2009 – before becoming Managing Director of the Italian market in 2014.
After successfully managing for 4 years the Italian market, Francesco embraced a new global role as Managing Director Group Marketing Capabilities and Direct to Consumer, and among other strategic project leading the digital transformation of the Group. In 2020 he was appointed a corporate role, becoming Managing Director for Italian Icons (Aperol, Campari, Amaro Brands) overseeing the portfolio globally.
Francesco recently moved to London in October 2022 to become Managing Director of the Group’s UK operations, including the opening of the business’s new regional headquarters on Great Portland Street – Campari House.
