Richard is a Senior Civil Servant and former Chief Planning Inspector for England. He has considerable experience in chairing public inquiries, making independent, evidence-based decisions at the highest level.
Richard has worked with public policy professionals on the interaction between town planning and healthcare outcomes.
Richard is an independent complaints assessor for the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), is a Panel Chair for the Nursing and Midwifery Council and sits on the Royal Town Planning Institute’s Membership and Ethics Committee.
