Nicola Williams
INDEPENDENT COMPLAINTS PANEL
Nicola is Chair of the Independent Complaints Panel. She is also a Crown Court judge and Service Complaints Ombudsman for the Armed Forces – the first ever Ombudsman in UK Defence.
She has previous experience as a sitting member of boards, including the Association of Chief Executives.
