Isabelle Szmigin
Isabelle Szmigin is Professor of Marketing at Birmingham Business School, the University of Birmingham, UK. Her research interests lie primarily in the areas of consumer research, services, ethical and social marketing. She has held ESRC and British Academy research grants. She is a member of the Coming of Age Partnership and a Fellow of the World Ageing and Demographic Forum.
